Overview
The Blissfulthots PETALS Membership Program (the “Program”) provides participating customers (“Members”) with the ability to earn 5% of their online purchase price in Petal Points (“Points”) and enjoy various benefits ("Benefits").
To be eligible to participate in the Program, Members must be 18 years of age or older and must create an online account with Blissfulthots ("Account"). There is no charge to join the Program.
Points are redeemable only on purchases made at blissfulthots.com (the "Website").
By creating an Account on the Website, Members agree to abide by all applicable terms and conditions.
The Program is void where prohibited by law. Points are not redeemable for cash, are non-transferable, and can only be accumulated and redeemed through blissfulthots.com. Members need to be logged in to their accounts when placing orders at the Website to accrue Points and spending. All Benefits of the Program are non-transferable.
Purchases made at the retail boutique (“Retail Boutique”) will not accrue towards attaining various membership tiers in the Program.
Membership upgrades occur monthly and upgraded Members will be notified within five (5) business days after the end of each month.
Points and membership tiers have no expiration date, but Blissfulthots may terminate the Program or modify the terms & conditions at any time without notice. If the Program is terminated, all unredeemed Points will be forfeited without any obligation or liability. If the Program is terminated, all Benefits will cease without any obligation or liability.
Abuse of the Program will result in termination of membership and forfeiture of all Points and Benefits.
Membership Benefits
All Members receive a one-time credit of 500 Points upon successful enrolment in the Program. Every Singapore dollar spent at the Website (excluding discounts, shipping charges and other taxes) will earn the Member five (5) Points. Points will be credited into the account immediately after the Website purchase. Points may be redeemed at the rate of 100 Points for a Singapore dollar on orders placed at the Website.
Silver Tier
Members who have spent a cumulative total of Five Hundred Singapore Dollars (SGD 500) since enrolment in the Program will be upgraded to the Silver Tier. Silver Tier Members will be awarded with a unique 2% discount voucher which may be used on future orders on the Website. The discount voucher may be used repeatedly until the Program is terminated, and may not be applied for purchases of hampers and decoration services. By providing proof of membership tier, Silver Tier Members may enjoy 2% discount on orders placed at the Retail Boutique, with the exception of orders of hampers and decoration services.
Gold Tier
Members who have spent a cumulative total of One Thousand Singapore Dollars (SGD 1,000) since enrolment in the Program will be upgraded to the Gold Tier. Gold Tier Members will be awarded with a unique 5% discount voucher which may be used on future orders on the Website. The discount voucher may be used repeatedly until the Program is terminated, and may not be applied for purchases of hampers and decoration services. By providing proof of membership tier, Gold Tier Members may enjoy 5% discount on orders placed at the Retail Boutique, with the exception of orders of hampers and decoration services.
Platinum Tier
Members who have spent a cumulative total of Three Thousand Singapore Dollars (SGD 3,000) since enrolment in the Program will be upgraded to the Platinum Tier. Platinum Tier Members will be awarded with a unique 10% discount voucher which may be used on future orders on the Website. The discount voucher may be used repeatedly until the Program is terminated, and may not be applied for purchases of hampers and decoration services. By providing proof of membership tier, Platinum Tier Members may enjoy 10% discount on orders placed at the Retail Boutique, with the exception of orders of hampers and decoration services. Platinum Members may receive upgrades to their orders at the sole discretion of Blissfulthots.
Stacking of Benefits
Stacking of Benefits are prohibited for purchases placed at the Retail Boutique, except at the sole discretion of Blissfulthots.
Up to two (2) coupon codes may be applied at a single order on the Website. Points may also be redeemed even when coupon codes are applied. The remaining purchase amount (excluding discounts, shipping charges and other taxes) is eligible to earn Points.
American Express Platinum and Centurion cardholders may choose to pay with their Singapore-issued American Express Platinum and Centurion cards ("Cards") for orders placed at the Website or at the Retail Boutique, to enjoy 10Xcelerator by Membership Rewards. For Website orders, Cardholders should select the Amex Platinum/Centurion Card payment option upon checkout and provide a valid contact number. Orders will be fulfilled only when the Card details are obtained and the Card is sucessfully charged.
Referrals
Members may refer friends to earn Points. The referral link is located under the Member tab when logged in. The referral link should be copied in its entirely and shared with referees. A referral is deemed successful ("Successful Referral") when a referee signs up through the referral link and places a successful and duly paid order when logged in to their new referee account. There is no limit to the number of Successful Referrals. Members will receive 500 Points for each Successful Referral.
Additional Terms and Conditions
All decisions made by Blissfulthots shall be final and conclusive.
